Book Review: Crowned by Fate by Amo Jones
Updated: May 23, 2020
He asked me to love him, so I engraved his name onto my heart.
He craved my loyalty, so I let him feast on my soul.
I wanted a husband, but he gave me a monster.
So, I made it my pet.
The lines between what was real and what wasn’t were blurred.
Our story was a lie.
Disclaimer: I was provided an advance reader copy by the publisher in exchange for my unbiased review and opinions.
Isa and Bryant's relationship is toxic AF. They don't care about my opinion or yours. Their twisted love is all-encompassing and there's not a sin that will get in the way. You've been warned...buckle up, buttercup!
🌟🌟🌟 🌟🌟 out of 🌟🌟🌟🌟 🌟
This duet is my first plunge into Amo Jones' world and it did not disappoint. I am relatively new to dark romance and I was sucked in from the first paragraph. Twisted, emotional, dark..it was everything I thought it would be and more! Mind fucks galore, this is not a story for the faint of heart!
I'll be honest, if I'd had to wait three years for the conclusion of this duet, it would've driven me a bit nuts, so thank the universe for small favors! This book is like strapping into your favorite rollercoaster ride: adrenaline, is pumping when you sit down, you scream the whole ride, but when are finally back on the ground, a big smile, your skin tingling..you can't help but say, damn, that was good!
